Was sold a car that barely passed inspection for the front right tire (questionably), found a sticky liquid in the far back cupholder, and was not alerted about how terrible the air filters were, including the fact that an animal was likely living in there for an extended period of time. An average inspection with clarity and effort would’ve negated the distrust with this location. Car buying is never easy, but I would be much happier if communication and effort was present.
