My appointment was right on time. My car was finished within the predicted time-frame. My customer service contact answered all of my questions, was very accommodating, and gave thorough details of the analysis when the inspection was done.

Brought my 4Runner in after several warning lights came on and was assisted right away by Phil who was extremely helpful and even got my a shuttle back to my house while I waited for the issue to be fixed. Problem was fixed same day. Beyond five star service. 10/10 recommend.

Great overall experience buying a used car here. Our sales rep, Baba, was great even staying well past his normal hours when we needed a later appointment. We also got a competitive price on the vehicle we purchased. Only down side was the wait for the finance person.

My experience was great. I already knew what car I wanted going in. Moussa, my salesman, was wonderful. I felt like he really wanted me to get the best deal and was advocating for me when he brought the numbers to the financing department. I will say I spent about five hours in the dealership total which wasn’t ideal, but it happens. Other than that my experience was great. Moussa was very accommodating and helped me out tremendously.

Smooth transaction, but you are forgotten after the sale is made! I purchased a vehicle here almost a month and a half ago. I still have not received my out-of-state license plates. I left the “tags and title” person two voicemails which were never returned. I then spoke to a sales manager last week who stated “the plates who be fedex’ed to me late this week.” Only today the “tags and title” person emails me asking for an insurance card, stating “when the NY DMV completes the work”, meaning it hasn’t even be submitted to the DMV yet. Secondly, even though I live in New York, I had a phantom service visit with my new car in Maryland. Not sure how my car situated in New York has now since been serviced in Maryland. The sales person and sales manager at the time of sale were professional and it was a smooth experience; after-the-sale leaves a bad experience.

Wanted a non-refundable deposit to book a 2026 Toyota RAV4

Went in on a Saturday looking to trade in a 2021 model y for a 2026 model y. I know there's a good amount of negativity equity, so despite my nearly 800 credit score I also informed them I wanted to put $5k down. It had lot damage on the rear passenger door that seemed to go thru the clear coat . They said they could buff it out, I was doubtful but continued. It also had a curb rashed front passenger wheel cover, which personally I have come to expect when shopping for a used car. However the damage extended to the sidewall of the tire. Not addressing that definitely concerned me. Anyhow, their next move was to offer me way below the KBB value for my car, as well as dumping several BS fees I've never seen in my 30+ years of owning/buying cars. Examples: detailing fees for the car I'm trading in, $350 for a Tesla key card that runs $10-20 directly from Tesla, among other nonsense. Showed them the actual KBB value for my car and suddenly their trade in offer went up by over $5K After waiting about an hour for the bank(s) to reply they told me it would be best to wait until Monday when all banks were open, and that they would call me to update. It's now Wednesday and they never called me (or emailed). Had they done so, they would've discovered I'm happy to put down another $5-7K to make a deal happen. I suggest avoiding this establishment if you dodge this bullet from my review; You're welcome!
